一例仔猪4型猪链球菌感染的诊治

摘　　要：2019年7月份,江苏省连云港市某猪场出生3 d的仔猪出现以神经症状、后肢瘫痪、共济失调为主要特征的症状。为了对该养猪场患病仔猪进行诊断,采用可疑病原的PCR检测、细菌的分离鉴定、生化鉴定、16S rDNA鉴定、血清型鉴定方法确定感染病原,对分离得到的病原菌进行小鼠致病性试验、药敏试验。结果表明:发病猪未感染猪瘟病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、乙脑病毒、非洲猪瘟病毒及伪狂犬病毒。分离得到的细菌为4型猪链球菌;小鼠致病性试验结果显示,攻菌小鼠在48 h内全部死亡;分离的4型猪链球菌对头孢吡肟、头孢噻呋高敏,对丁胺卡那霉素、阿莫西林-棒酸中敏,对左氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、强力霉素低敏,对庆大霉素、林可霉素、大观霉素、氟苯尼考、磺胺甲口恶唑不敏感。选用头孢噻呋对仔猪进行治疗,很好地控制了该病。说明该养猪场仔猪感染了4型猪链球菌,头孢类抗生素可用于该养猪场仔猪的治疗。In July 2019,the piglets born 3 days old on a pig farm in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province showed symptoms characterized by neurological symptoms, hind limb paralysis, and ataxia. In order to diagnose diseased piglets on the pig farm, PCR detection of suspected pathogens, bacterial isolation and identification, biochemical identification, 16 S rDNA identification, and serotype identification methods were used to determine the pathogens, and mouse pathogenicity test and drug sensitivity test were carried out for the isolated pathogens. The results showed that the affected pigs were not infected with Classical swine fever virus, Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, Japanese encephalitis virus, African swine fever virus and pseudorabies virus. The isolated bacterium was type 4 Streptococcus suis. The mouse pathogenicity test showed that all challenged mice died within 48 hours, and the isolated type 4 Streptococcus suis was highly sensitive to cefepime and ceftiofur, moderately sensitive to amikacin, amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, hyposensitive to levofloxacin, enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, doxycycline, and not sensitive to gentamicin, lincomycin, spectinomycin, florfenicol and sulfamethoxazole. Ceftiofur was used to treat piglets and the disease was well controlled. The results suggested that the piglets of this pig farm were infected with type 4 Streptococcus suis,and cephalosporin antibiotics can be used for the treatment of piglets of this pig farm.
