一例犬自发性胆囊破裂致胆汁性腹膜炎的诊治

摘　　要：雄性比熊犬11岁,体重4.4 kg,该犬因精神沉郁,食欲、饮欲废绝,呕吐而就诊。为了对该犬所患疾病进行诊断,试验采用临床、血常规、血液生化指标、细胞学、影像学检查进行诊断并根据检查结果进行治疗。结果表明:该犬患有自发性胆囊破裂致胆汁性腹膜炎。由于该犬年龄偏大,手术存在一定风险,在与宠物主人协商后,进行胆囊摘除手术,配合内科治疗。该犬术后1~3 d精神状态较差,4~7 d时恢复食欲、饮欲,精神状态良好。血常规、血液生化指标检查中性粒细胞数、单核细胞数、碱性磷酸酶活性、球蛋白浓度均开始下降,趋于正常,达到临床痊愈标准。说明对于犬自发性胆囊破裂致胆汁性腹膜炎,手术疗法配合术后内科治疗可以取得良好的治疗效果。A 11-year-old male beagle, weighting 4.4 kg, was hospitalized for depression, loss of appetite and drinking, and vomiting. In order to diagnose the dog’s disease in this experiment, clinical, blood routine, blood biochemical indexes, cytology, and imaging examination were used for diagnosis and treatment. The results showed that the dog had biliary peritonitis caused by spontaneous gallbladder rupture. Due to the dog’s older age, there was a certain risk of surgery. After consultation with the pet owner, cholecystectomy was carried out and medical treatment was performed. The dog’s mental state was poor on the 1 st to 3 rd day after the operation, and the appetite and appetite for drinking was restored, and the mental state was good on the 4 th to 7 th day. Under blood routine and blood biochemical index examination, the number of neutrophils, monocytes, alkaline phosphatase activity, and globulin concentration all began to decrease, tending to normal, and reaching the clinical recovery standard. The results suggested that for canine biliary peritonitis caused by spontaneous gallbladder rupture, surgical therapy combined with postoperative medical treatment can achieve good therapeutic effect.
