幼龄东北虎脐疝的麻醉监测及手术治疗

摘　　要：对幼龄东北虎相关手术的详细麻醉试验的研究资料较少,东北农业大学兽医外科团队在与东北虎林园开展科研和诊疗技术合作的过程中,遇到1例发生脐疝的幼龄东北虎的病例,治疗过程中采用舒泰50、右美托咪定和丁丙诺啡组成的复方麻醉方案,麻醉效果良好,手术全过程血氧饱和度均在97%以上,未发生明显的麻醉并发症和意外,并成功将疝内容物还纳回腹腔,预后良好。说明在该复合麻醉方案的保障下可顺利完成幼龄东北虎脐疝整复手术。There are few research data on detailed anesthesia test for the operation of young Amur tiger. In the process of scientific research and diagnosis and treatment technical cooperation with the Siberian Tiger Park, the veterinary surgery team of Northeast Agricultural University came across a case of a young Amur tiger with umbilical hernia. During the treatment, the compound anesthesia regimen composed of zoletil, dexmedetomidine and buprenorphine was adopted. The anesthesia effect was good, the blood oxygen saturation was above 97% throughout the operation, and no obvious anesthesia complications or accidents occurred. The umbilical hernia contents were successfully returned to the abdominal cavity, and its prognosis was favorable. The results indicated that the umbilical hernia rehabilitation operation of young Amur tiger could be successfully completed under the guarantee of the compound regimen.
