摘 要:为改善Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀具的抗冲击性能,从烧结碳势对表层粘结相分布影响的角度出发,制备了不同压力CO冷却的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀片。借助扫描电镜和能谱仪研究了CO冷却下金属陶瓷表层的组织结构以及粘结相分布情况。对比了CO冷却和真空冷却对金属陶瓷刀片切削性能的影响。结果表明:CO冷却对金属陶瓷常规性能影响微小,但会促进表面形成贫粘结相、只剩富W、Mo固溶体骨架的形貌,且会在距表面2~15μm范围内形成富粘结相区。CO冷却还会引起金属陶瓷内部黑色TiCN减少,灰色环形相增加,亮白色内环相增多。与真空冷却相比,CO冷却下的刀片耐磨寿命小幅下降,抗冲击性能大幅提升。In order to improve the impact resistance of Ti(C,N)-based cermet,cermets cooled by CO at differentpressures were prepared,according to the effects of sintering carbon potential on the distribution of binder phase of the surfacelayer.The microstucture and binder distribution of surface layer were investigated by SEM and EDS.The effects of CO coolingand vacuum cooling on the cutting performance of inserts were compared.The results show that CO cooling has little effect onthe mechanical performance of cermets,but it can greatly reduce the binder phase on the surface,leaving skeleton of W andMo rich solid solution particles.A binder-rich region within 2~15 μm from the surface is formed with CO cooling.CO coolingalso causes the decrease of black core,the increase of the gray rim and the bright inner rim.Compared with the inserts cooledby vacuum,the wear resistant life of the inserts cooled by CO decreases slightly and the impact resistance improves greatly.
