摘  要:采用专利挖掘与数据分析技术,探究碳纤维专利技术的发展态势,结合专利文本对原丝制备、预氧化处理以及碳化处理过程中的关键技术进行了深入分析。研究结果表明,在原丝制备中,应围绕纺丝过程中工艺参数的控制、油剂选择、牵伸工艺中的热传递问题进行深入研究;在预氧化处理中,气氛加热与加热体接触式加热结合可有效提高加热效率;在碳化处理中,减少碳化焦油的产生、提高生产率的同时维持好碳化炉内均匀的惰性气体氛围是关键。The development trend of carbon fiber patent technology is of great significance for improving the properties of the fiber and expanding its application range. Patent mining and data analysis technologies are adopted to explore the development trend of carbon fiber patent technology. In combination with the patent text,the key technologies in the process of precursor fiber preparation,pre-oxidation treatment and carbonization treatment are deeply analyzed. It is found that the process parameters control,oil selection and heat transfer in the drafting process should be studied deeply in the preparation of the precursor fiber. In the pre-oxidation treatment,the heating efficiency can be improved by the combination of atmosphere heating and contact heating of between heating bodies. In the carbonization treatment,it is the key to reduce the production of carbonized tar and improve the productivity while maintaining the uniform atmosphere of inert gas in the carbonization furnace.
