摘 要:浆态床加氢技术将成为渣油等重质原料高效加工为高价值石油产品的重要途径,得益于其能够将渣油最大化地转化为汽油、柴油等低沸点的产品,同时实现装置连续运行。该工艺技术的核心在于高分散、高活性的催化剂,如何从催化剂前驱体经过硫化反应转化为活性相是形成高分散型催化剂的关键。科研人员分别从催化剂前驱体、硫化剂、硫化方式、硫化条件和硫化介质5个方面进行相关研究,分析总结出这些因素不仅对硫化速率、硫化程度等有着重要影响,而且还会改变催化剂活性相的结构和形貌,从而不同程度上影响了催化剂的加氢裂化反应活性。Slurry bed hydrogenation process will become an important way to process residual oil and other heavy raw materials efficiently into high-value petroleum products,because it can maximize the conversion of residual oil into low-boiling products such as gasoline and diesel oil,and make the unit operate continuously in a long term.The core of the process lies in highly dispersed and high active catalysts,while the key to the formation of those catalysts is how to convert the catalyst precursor into active phase by sulfurization.The sulfurization process is analyzed from five aspects:catalyst precursor,sulfurizing agent,sulfurizing modes,sulfurizing conditions,and sulfurizing medium and additives,so as to provide references for improving sulfurization efficiency and increasing catalyst activity.These five factors have a serious impact on the sulfurizing speed and degree,and also change the structure and morphology of the active phase of catalyst,which affect in turn the catalytic activity of the catalyst in hydrotreating and hydrocracking to some extent.
