摘 要:以天然废弃物柚子皮为原料,采用共沉淀法制备出磁性生物炭材料,考察了其处理模拟含油废水的性能,同时利用SEM、FT-IR和XRD等对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的磁性生物炭材料为柚子皮生物炭与Fe3O4的复合物,在这种复合物中Fe_(3)O_(4)得到均匀分布。该磁性材料为三维网状多孔结构,具有较大的比表面积与较好的磁性,易于分离和再生,有较好的除油性能与重复利用性能。在室温、反应时间为30 min、含油废水质量浓度为260 mg/L、磁性生物炭材料质量浓度为3g/L时,材料的除油率可达83.9%,材料对废水中油的去除是生物炭和Fe_(3)O_(4)协同作用的结果。Magnetic biochar material is prepared by co-precipitation method with natural spent pomelo peel as raw agents.Its performance in treating with simulated oil-bearing wastewater is studied,and its structure is characterized by means of SEM,XRD,FTIR,and so on.Results show that the prepared magnetic biochar material is a compound of pomelo peel biochar and Fe_(3)O_(4),in which Fe_(3)O_(4) distributes uniformly.The magnetic material owns three-dimensional network structure with multi-pore,large specific surface and good magnetism,and it can be easily be separated from water and regenerated.It shows excellent oil-removal performance and regeneration property.The oil removal rate can reach 83.9% as reaction has performed for 30 min at room temperature,the concentration of oil-bearing wastewater is 260 mg·L^(-1),and the dosage of the magnetic material is 3 g·L^(-1).The removal of oil by this material is contributed to the synergistic effect of Fe_(3)O_(4) and biochar.
