摘　　要：胡椒是海南省主要热带经济作物之一,其国际消费市场一直呈快速增长的态势。多年来,海南农垦一直支持胡椒产业发展。现阶段海南农垦胡椒产业有一定的产业优势,但也还存在着品种老化、生产标准化不高、加工工艺落后、产品附加值低、产业内部协同不足等问题。当前我国正处于新发展阶段,海南农垦要抓住自贸港建设的机遇,注重顶层设计,发挥产业优势,加强整合力度,加大科技投入,提升标准化水平和品牌影响力,延长产业链,强化产业协同,抓好种植到生产加工、销售等各个环节工作,高质量推进胡椒产业发展。Pepper is one of the most important parts of Hainan’s tropical characteristic agriculture,and its international consumer market has been growing rapidly.For years,Hainan State Farm(HSF)has been supporting in the development of pepper industy.At the present stage,the pepper industry in Hainan State Farm has certain industrial advantages,but there are still some problems,such as aging varieties,low standardization of production,backward processing technology,low added value of products,and insufficient internal industrial coordination,etc.China is currently in a new stage of development.HSF should seize the opportunity of building free trade port and promote the development of pepper industry from the following aspects:focusing on top-level design;giving full play to industrial advantages;strengthening integration;increasing investment in science and technology;enhancing standardization level and brand influence;extending the industry chain;intensifying the industrial coordination;making great efforts to do the work from planting to production,processing and marketing.
