摘  要:为了明确不同矮化药剂对槟榔的矮化效应,以1年生槟榔幼苗为试验材料,研究不同浓度多效唑、烯效唑、甲哌鎓等药剂对槟榔幼苗的株高、茎粗、最大叶长、最大叶叶柄长、SPAD值等指标的影响。结果表明:多效唑、烯效唑、甲哌鎓等3种药剂处理均能有效限制槟榔幼苗株高,抑制叶片生长,促进茎粗生长和叶绿素合成。以10g/L烯效唑喷施时,槟榔幼苗植株株高、最大叶长、最大叶叶炳长生长最缓慢,茎粗最大,叶片中叶绿素含量高,矮化效果最显著。In order to clarify the dwarfing effects of different drugs on Areca catechu L.seedlings,one-yearold Areca catechu L.seedlings were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol,uniconazole,mepigtlat-chloride on the plant height,stem diameter,maximum leaf length,maximum petiole length,SPAD value and other indexes.The results showed that paclobutrazol,uniconazol and mepigtlat-chloride could effectively limit the plant height of Areca catechu L.seedlings,inhibit leaf growth and promotes stem diameter growth as well as chlorophyll synthesis.When the concentration of uniconazole was 10 g/L,the growth of Areca catechu L.seedlings’plant height,maximum leaf length and maximum petiole length was the slowest,the stem diameter was the largest,the chlorophyll content in the leaves was the highest,and the dwarfing effect was the most significant.
