摘　　要：美国战略与预算评估中心提出的决策中心战,将充分利用人工智能和自主系统技术完成作战力量的分布式灵活部署和多样化战术,形成复杂战场态势,击垮敌方的认知判断。针对美国发展决策中心战的动因、核心内容等问题,总结了决策中心战概念提出的背景,分析决策中心战的核心思想,包括核心制胜机理、具体表现形式,初步验证的结果;最后得出:决策中心战是大国竞争环境下应对强敌自然产生的结果,将有力推进美军智能化转型,需加强构建与智能技术相关的作战概念探索,并积极引入对抗手段及作战效果对新作战概念衡量。The Decision-Centric warfare proposed by the US Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments will make full use of artificial intelligence and autonomous system technology to complete the distributed flexible deployment and diversified tactics of combat forces,form a complex battlefield situation and defeat the enemy′s cognitive judgment.In view of the development motivation and the core content of US Decision-Centric warfare,the background of the concept was summarized.The core idea of Decision-Centric warfare was analyzed,including the core winning mechanism,specific forms of expression,and the results of preliminary verification.Relevant understanding and suggestions was put forward that the Decision-Centric warfare is the natural result of dealing with strong enemies in the competitive environment of great power,which will effectively promote the intelligent transformation of the US military.The exploration of operational concepts related to intelligent technology is need to strengthen,and actively countermeasures and operational effects to measure new operational concepts are introduced.
