正中神经松解联合倍他米松治疗腕管综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨正中神经松解联合倍他米松治疗腕管综合征(CTS)的临床效果。方法:选择2018年10月—2020年10月我院收治的60例CTS患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予腕管切开减压+正中神经外膜切开减压,观察组实施腕管切开减压+正中神经外膜切开减压联合倍他米松注射,比较两组疗效,观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分、波士顿腕管综合征问卷量表(BCTQ,包括功能状态-FSS和症状严重程度-SSS)评分。结果:观察组优良率为100.00%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),FSS、SSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正中神经松解联合倍他米松显著提高CTS的疗效,减轻疼痛症状,促进神经功能康复。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of median nerve release combined with betamethasone in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS).Methods:60 patients with CTS,selected from October 2018 to October 2020,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given carpal tunnel incision decompression+median nerve adventitia incision decompression,while the observation group was given carpal tunnel incision decompression+median nerve adventitia decompression combined with betamethasone injection.The curative effects were compared in the two groups.The visual analogue scores,Boston carpal tunnel syndromequestionnaire(including functional status-FSS and symptom severity-SSS)scores were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that(86.67%)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the FSS and SSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Median nerve release combined with betamethasone injection could significantly improve the efficacy,relieve pain symptoms and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with CTS.
