摘 要:为克服阀控系统运行能效低的缺陷,综合使用负载敏感技术与进出口技术,调整进出油口的联动节流状态。利用AMESim建立仿真模型并分析节流独立控制负载敏感系统的运行过程,对控制策略的有效性与运行特性进行验证。研究结果表明:阻抗工况下,进出口独立控制系统完成进出节流口解耦过程,可独立控制出油腔获得低压力状态,从而减小出油口压力损耗程度;复合工况下,随着时间的增加,负载开始增大,压力在切换阶段出现了较大波动,之后迅速达到稳定状态;在负载敏感系统上添加节流独立控制能够有效提高电机的输出功率,提高液压系统工作效率。In order to overcome the defect of low energy efficiency of valve control system,the load sensitive technology and import and export technology are used comprehensively,and the state of linkage throttling of inlet and outlet is adjusted.The AMESim is used to build the simulation model and analyze the operation process of the load sensitive system with throttling independent control.The effectiveness and operation characteristics of the control strategy are verified.The results show that under the condition of impedance analysis,the inlet and outlet independent control system has completed the decoupling process of inlet and outlet throttling port,and it can independently control the oil outlet chamber to obtain the low pressure state,thus reducing the pressure loss of the oil outlet.Under the compound working condition,the load began to increase with the increase of time,the pressure fluctuated greatly during the switching phase and then reached a stable state quickly.Adding the independent throttle control to the load sensitive system can effectively improve the output power of the motor and the working efficiency of the hydraulic system.
