摘 要:球面缝隙流动常见于多种机械结构,如柱塞泵中的球面配流副、球铰副等,然而针对球面副半径不等及存在偏心的缝隙流动特性研究较少。针对2个半径不相等的球面元件形成球面缝隙且其球心存在一定偏心时,根据球坐标系下的N-S方程对其缝隙中流体的速度分布、压力分布、泄漏流量及流体的承载量进行了分析,得到了相应的解析表达式,依此可知,半径相等且球心存在一定偏心时球面缝隙中流体的相关解析表达式;同时,得到了仅与球面缝隙流动自身结构有关的球面支撑泄漏系数和球面支撑承载系数,进一步为形成球面缝隙的机械结构(如柱塞泵中的球面配流副、球铰副等)相关设计提供理论参考;最后以柱塞泵中球铰副形成的球面缝隙为例,对其缝隙中流体的压力分布、速度分布等参数进行了分析。Spherical interstitial flow is common in some mechanical structures,such as the spherical valve-plate pairs and the spherical bearing pairs,in a piston pump,whereas a few studies focus on the flow characteristics of the spherical pairs with unequal radius or eccentricity.According to the N-S equation in the spherical coordinate system,the fluid velocity distribution,pressure distribution,the leakage flow and the fluid burden quantity are analyzed,and the corresponding analytical expressions are obtained when two spherical elements with unequal radius form the spherical gap and the center of sphere exists a certain eccentricity.Based on this consideration,relative analytical expressions are derived on the fluid in the spherical gap when the radius is equal and its center of the sphere has a certain eccentricity.Meanwhile,this study obtained the spherical support leakage coefficient and the spherical support bearing coefficient which only relate to the spherical interstitial flow and its own structure.The obtained coefficients can further provide a theoretical reference for the design of the mechanical structure that forms the spherical gap(such as the spherical valve-plate pairs,spherical bearing pairs in the piston pump).Finally,taking the spherical gap formed by the spherical bearing pairs in the piston pump as an example to analyze the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the fluid in the gap.
