摘　　要：广播电视发射台的发射机数据监控、控制及倒换等环节的自动化和数字化建设是智慧广电发射台管理平台的核心业务基础,是实现全国智慧广电发射管理建设、完成三级台站远程可管可控可调度的基础。基于此,介绍智慧发射管理平台下实现发射机自动化监控管理和发射机智能倒换的控制结构组成和倒换流程。The automation and digital construction of transmitter data monitoring,control and switching of radio and TV transmitting stations is the core business foundation of the management platform of smart radio and TV transmitting stations,and the foundation of realizing the construction of national smart radio and TV transmitting management and completing the remote manageability,controllability and scheduling of three-stage stations.Based on this,the control structure and process of realizing automatic monitoring and management of the transmitter and switching of the intelligent transmitter under the intelligent launch management platform are introduced。
