摘  要:为进一步促进胶州临空经济区发展,完善城市地下管线体系,减少管线综合规划编制过程中不同专业规划间的矛盾和编制者的主观影响等,临空经济区管线综合规划的编制采用规划融合理念与层次分析相结合的方法。在保障区域安全性的基础上,融合各专业管线专项规划,优化污水分区系统及供水主管布置,通过搭建层次结构模型和区位量化评价体系,结合GIS定量分析确定“网状布局、环状闭合、枝状辐射”的管线综合系统布局。规划还贯彻“高起点规划、高标准建设”的原则,为智慧城市数据库的建设提供数据支撑,也为其他区域建设提供模板和经验。To further promote the development of Jiaozhou Airport Economic Zone,improve the urban underground pipeline system,reduce the contradiction between different professional plans&the subjective influence of the maker during the preparation of the comprehensive pipeline planning process,the preparation of the comprehensive pipeline planning of the Airport Economic Zone adopts the concept of planning integration method combined with analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of ensuring regional safety,special planning of various professional pipelines is integrated,the sewage zoning system&the layout of water supply mains are optimized.Through the establishment of a hierarchical structure model&a location quantitative evaluation system,combined with GIS quantitative analysis to determine network layout,loop closure,dendrite radiation pipeline integrated system layout.The plan also implements the principle of high-start planning&high-standard construction,providing data support for the construction of the smart city database,as well as templates&experience for the construction of other regions.
