大数据时代人民政协社情民意信息平台建设研究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】充分利用大数据技术对人民政协社情民意信息平台建设进行研究,通过构建并完善社情民意信息平台,提高人民政协社情民意工作效率。【方法/过程】从政协社情民意信息平台建设的现状和存在的问题出发,分析社情民意信息平台建设上的功能需求并设计相关功能模块,以互联网大数据平台为基础提出了信息平台建设的总体架构,并根据功能和架构证明大数据技术在建设社情民意信息平台方面的优势。【结果/结论】本文构建的基于大数据技术的社情民意信息平台,解决了政协信息化建设发展不均衡的难题,提高了政协系统工作效率,推动政协信息化平台建设,有效保障政协工作的现代化发展。【创新/局限】提出了社情民意信息平台的云部署方案,在依托省级政协投入开发的基础上,解决了地方基层政协的平台建设短板,局限在于需进一步了解不同地区的平台建设实际情况和功能需求,在平台具体功能开发上,有待一进步研究拓展。【Purpose/significance】This paper makes full use of big data technology to study the information platform construction of social conditions and pubic opinions of CPPCC. By building the platform, it completes the construction of information platform of social conditions and pubic opinions of CPPCC and improves the work efficiency of social conditions and pubic opinions of CPPCC.【Method/process】Starting from the current situations and existing problems of information platform construction of social conditions and pubic opinions of CPPCC, this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the construction of information platform of the social situations and public opinions, and designs function modules. Based on the functions of the big data platform, the overall structure of the information platform construction is proposed, and the advantages of big data in the construction of information platform of the social situations and public opinions are proved according to the functions and structure. 【Result/conclusion】 The information platform of social conditions and pubic opinions of CPPCC in this paper solves the problem of unbalanced development of the CPPCC informatization construction, improves the working efficiency of the CPPCC system, speeds up the construction of the information platform of CPPCC, and guarantees the modernization speed of the functions of CPPCC effectively.【Innovation/limitation】Proposed a cloud deployment plan for the information platform, based on the investment and development of the provincial CPPCC, it solved the shortcomings of the local grassroots CPPCC platform. The limitation lies in the need to further understand the actual situation and functional requirements of platform construction in different regions. The development of specific functions of the platform requires further research and expansion.
