摘　　要：在既有建筑改造升级过程中,由于部分房屋使用用途改变,需要拆除部分墙体以满足改造后的使用要求。该文主要讨论了托梁拆墙技术在老旧砌体结构房屋综合改造中的应用,有效解决了既有建筑户型和布局问题,提升了建筑功能,可为同类工程提供借鉴。In the renovation upgrading process of existing buildings,due to the change of the use of some houses,part of the wall needs to be dismantled to meet the requirements for use after the renovation.This paper mainly discusses the application of the joist trimming and wall dismantling technology in the old masonry structure buildings,which can effectively solve the problems of the type and layout of existing buildings,and enhance the functions as well,providing reference for similar projects.
