摘 要:激光整平机具有施工速度快、精度高、成本低等特点,在大面积厂房、仓库地坪或耐磨地坪施工时可广泛应用。该文对激光整平机的原理及技术特点进行了论述,并结合具体工程实例,通过市场调研、试验证明、设计计算等,对比选择轻便型激光整平机应用于工程的一次性整平工作。最后,对轻便型激光整平机应用于工业厂房现浇楼板施工的工艺流程和应用效果做了系统论述。工程实践证明,采用激光整平机进行施工取得了良好的效果和经济效益。The laser leveling machine has the advantages of fast construction speed,high precision,low cost,etc.,so it can be widely used in the construction of massive workshop,warehouse or wear-resisting flooring.This paper elaborates the principles and technical characteristics of the laser leveling machine,and combined with specific engineering cases,and through market research,test verification,design calculations,etc.,the lightweight laser leveling machine was selected for the one-time leveling work of the project.Also,the technical process and application effects of the lightweight laser leveling machine applied to the cast-in-situ floor slab construction of the industrial plant were systematically discussed.The engineering practice has proved that the use of laser leveling machine for construction has achieved good quality and economic benefits.
