摘 要:目的分析助产士分层规范化培训管理模式对助产士能力提升的效果。方法选取南方医科大学南方医院产科的20名助产士作为研究对象,培训时间为2018年9月1日至2019年3月31日,根据助产士的工作年限分层,并针对不同层级的助产士应用相应的规范化培训管理模式进行培训,对不同层级的助产士培训前、培训后的综合能力进行理论、操作、应急能力的综合考核。结果通过对比助产士培训前后综合能力考核情况发现,培训后助产士的理论、操作和应急能力的考核成绩高于培训前,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用分层规范化培训管理模式对助产士进行培训管理的效果良好,有助于助产士综合能力提升,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of layered and standardized management mode for midwife’s training on the improvement of midwife’s ability.Methods 20 midwives from obstetrics department of Nanfang Hospital,Southern Medical University were selected as the research objects,all of them were received layered and standardized training from September 1,2018 to March 31,2019,and the comprehensive ability assessment before training,3 months and 7 months after training was observed.Results The results showed that the scores of theory,operation and emergency ability after 7 months of training were higher than those after 3 months of training and before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the layered and standardized training management mode for midwives has a good effect.It can improve the comprehensive ability of midwives and improve the quality of Obstetrics,which is worth popularizing and applying.
