摘　　要：目前国内外空调室外机采用冷媒高压灌注工艺的生产厂家应用较少,只有少部分厂家在新建基地的新建线体上应用,旨在通过相关冷媒高压灌注工艺的实验验证及最经济的流水线线体改造,实现室外机采用冷媒高压灌注工艺的商业化推广应用,这种工艺可以杜绝工艺管封口不良造成的质量失效点,节约生产材料成本,保障员工健康安全,减少对环境的污染。At present,few manufacturers at home and abroad apply the refrigerant high-pressure perfusion process to outdoor air conditioner units.Only a small number of manufacturers applied the process to the newly-built line of the new base.This paper aims to realize the commercialization and application of the refrigerant high-pressure perfusion process of outdoor air conditioner units through the experimental verification of the relevant refrigerant high-pressure perfusion process and the most economical modification of the assembly line.This kind of process can eliminate the quality failure point caused by the poor sealing of the process pipe,save the cost of production materials,ensure the health and safety of employees,and reduce the pollution to the environment.
