摘　　要：工农剧社运动的兴起和发展,根源于中国共产党领导下的中国苏维埃运动。工农剧社是中央苏区文艺运动的“大本营”,它通过设立分支机构,建立了从中央到基层、从部队到地方的组织网络;它不仅仅限于戏剧创作、审查和演出,还对全苏区文艺运动进行艺术指导和管理。作为“活动的宣传工具”,工农剧社是中共革命意识形态建构的重要载体,在苏维埃运动中充分发挥了宣传群众、组织群众和发动群众的历史作用。工农剧社运动所坚持的文艺为工农兵服务方向,对后世文艺产生了深远影响。The rise and development of Workers'and Peasants'Drama Club movement originated from the Chinese Soviet movement under the leadership of the CPC.Workers'and Peasants'Drama Club was the"base camp"of the literary and artistic movement in the Central Soviet Area.Through the establishment of branches,it established an organizational network from the central government to the grass-roots level,from the army to the local government.It was not only limited to drama creation,examination and performance,but also provided artistic guidance and management to the literary and artistic movement in the whole Soviet area.As a"propaganda tool of activities",Workers'and Peasants'Drama Club was an important carrier of the construction of the revolutionary ideology of the CPC.It fully played a historical role in publicizing,organizing and mobilizing the masses in the Soviet movement.The direction of literature and art serving the workers,peasants and soldiers upheld by Workers'and Peasants'Drama Club had a far-reaching influence on later literature and art.
