摘　　要：针对气流输送装置输送过程易发生故障的问题,分析影响气流输送装置不稳定运行和气相污染的原因,通过对该装置工艺操作、设备改造及维护等方面实施改进,避免气相污染,实现装置的稳定运行。Some failures easily to be happened on air conveyer during its operation were analyzed to find the reason of unstable operation and gas phase pollution.Some improvements were made on the process,equipment and maintenance to avoid gas phase pollution and to achieve stable operation.
