摘  要:海上油田注水系统工艺系统复杂,涉及到工艺管线、海底输水管道、注水泵、各种控制阀和关断阀等,日常操作过程中,很难避免停泵、关阀等动作时发生水击现象,为保证水击情况发生时,整个系统仍然能够处于安全状态而不发生破坏,在某海上新开发油田的注水系统的前期方案设计过程中,使用PIPENET软件对整个注水系统流程进行了多种工况的动态水击模拟分析,计算得到不同工况下的最大水击压力,为整个注水系统工艺设计提供了参考依据。Offshore oil field water injection process system is complex and involves the process pipeline,water injection pipeline,water injection pumps,all kinds of control valve and shutoff valves.In daily operation process,it is hard to avoid water hammer phenomenon when stopping pump or valves.When the water hammer occurs,in order to ensure that the system can still is in a state of security without damage,the PIPENET software is used for the dynamic water hammer simulation analysis of a variety of conditions of the whole water injection process system in the early period of the new oilfield development.The maximum water hammer pressure under different working conditions is calculated,and it provided a reference for the process design of the whole water injection system.
