摘 要:文章采用熔融共混法在PA6基质中混入PTT,制备低吸水率尼龙复合材料,考察PTT加入量对材料吸水率及机械性能的影响。结果表明,当添加10%PTT时,复合材料的吸水率即由纯PA6时的4.22%降至2.44%,随着PTT添加量的增加,复合材料吸水率进一步降低;当PTT添加量40%时,吸水率降至0.70%。在湿态下复合材料的弯曲强度、拉伸强度均低于干态下的测量值;而对于缺口抗冲击强度来说,湿态下的测量值则明显高于干态。In this article,the melt blending method was used to prepare low water absorption nylon composites with the addition of PTT into the PA6 matrix,and the effect of PTT content on the water absorption and mechanical properties of the composites was investigated.The results showed that when the amount of PTT added is 10%,the water absorption rate of the composite material is reduced from 4.22%to 2.44%,compared to the pure PA6.And with the increase of the amount of PTT added,the water absorption rate is further reduced.When the amount of PTT added is 40%,the water absorption rate drops to 0.70%.,the values flexural strength and tensile strength of the composite material in wet state are lower than the values measured in dry state.And as for the notched impact strength,the values measured in wet state are significantly higher than those measured in dry state.
