摘　　要：分光光度法测定铁含量,工作曲线相关系数r为0.9990,铁含量平均回收率为99.76%。相对标准偏差RSD为1.03%,该法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便,工作曲线稳定,结果令人满意;目视比色法,快速便捷;光度计比色法测定时因铁含量与吸光度值成正比,可采用标准试样与样品试样的吸光度值按固定公式求出铁的近似含量。For the determination of iron content by spectrophotometry,the correlation coefficient r of the working curve is 0.9990,the average recovery rate of iron content is 99.76%.The RSD of the relative standard deviation is 1.03%,The results are satisfactory;the visual colorimetry is fast and convenient;Because the iron content is directly proportional to the absorbance value,the absorbance value of standard sample and sample can be used to calculate the approximate iron content according to the fixed formula.
