摘　　要：文章对国产化机械压缩式热泵(MVR)在原料药—药用氯化钠蒸发工序生产中的设计运行情况进行简要介绍,并就药用氯化钠企业生产技术现状,多效真空蒸发存在的问题,机械压缩式热泵(MVR)技术现状及技术优点,国产机械压缩式热泵(MVR)的工艺设备配置、设备方案、运行情况进行分析介绍。This article introduced the design and operation of domestic mechanical compression heat pump(MVR)in the evaporation process of drug substance sodium chloride.The current situation of production technology,the problems of multi effect vacuum evaporation,the technical status and advantages of mechanical compression heat pump(MVR),the process equipment configuration,equipment scheme and operation of domestic mechanical compression heat pump(MVR)are analyzed and introduced.
