摘 要:近年来椰心叶甲[Brontispa longissima(Gestro)]对槟榔的危害逐渐加剧,而寄主植物对入侵害虫椰心叶甲的物理抗性研究鲜有报道。本研究对取自椰子、槟榔的5种叶片的叶绿素、蜡质、维管束、茸毛等物理特性进行研究,揭示椰心叶甲的物理抗性机制。结果表明:椰心叶甲对寄主叶片的取食选择性和产卵选择性之间存在显著的正相关性。叶片叶绿素含量、蜡质含量、叶片维管束埋深均与椰心叶甲取食选择性存在显著的负相关性;叶绿素含量、蜡质含量则与椰心叶甲产卵选择性存在极显著负相关性。这些揭示了叶片蜡质、维管束埋深及叶绿素含量可能是椰子、槟榔等棕榈科植物防御椰心叶甲的重要因子。In recent years,the damage of Brontispa longissima(Gestro)to Areca catechu is increasing gradually,but the study on the physical resistance of host plants to the invasive pest B.longissima is rarely reported.In this study,the physical characteristics of chlorophyll,waxiness,vascular bundle and pubescence of 5 kinds of leaves from coconut and areca were studied to reveal the physical resistance mechanism of B.longissima.There was a significant positive correlation between the feeding selectivity and oviposition selectivity.The correlation between chlorophyll content,wax content,the depth of vascular bundle in the leaves and the feeding selectivity was significantly negative,while correlation between chlorophyll content,wax content and the oviposition selectivity was significantly negative.These results suggest that the wax content,vascular bundle depth and chlorophyll content in the leaves may be important factors for the protection of Palmae such as coconut and areca.
