摘 要:针对地球静止轨道(GEO)卫星490 N发动机推力矢量在卫星转移轨道无法通过卫星质心,对卫星姿态产生干扰,进而引发卫星推进剂的多余消耗,使得卫星在轨寿命减少的问题,文章提出了一种490 N发动机高精度推力矢量保证方法,分析了影响高精度推力矢量的各种因素,并从力学安装环境、低变形支架和地面安装调整3个方面进行了设计保证,经风云四号(FY-4)卫星工程研制和飞行验证,转移轨道段推进剂消耗量小于设计值,结果表明:该保证方法可行有效,可为后续GEO卫星的总体设计和研制提供参考。In view of the problem that the thrust vector of GEO satellite 490N engine does not pass through the center of mass of the satellite in the satellite transfer orbit,which will interfere the satellite attitude,thus cause the excess consumption of satellite propellant and reduce the sate ̄llite’s orbit life,a 490N engine high-precision thrust vector guarantee method is proposed.In this method,factors affecting the high-precision thrust vector are analyzed,and mechanical installation environment,low deformation bracket,and ground installation and adjustment are considered into design.After the Fengyun-4(FY-4)satellite project development and flight verification,the propellant consumption in the transfer orbit section is less than the design value.The results show that the guarantee technology is feasible and effective,which can provide a reference for the subsequent GEO satellites in the overall design and development.
