摘 要:相较于大卫星,微纳卫星在热平衡试验中使用红外加热笼进行外热流模拟时,其热流不均匀性更加明显;而传统的做法中,多数试验的热流计布点未进行热流分布定量分析和优化,给微纳卫星的试验带来了更加明显的影响。对此,文章对热平衡试验设计流程进行优化,增加模拟外热流误差分析环节,采用虚拟热试验方法进行仿真分析,获取模拟外热流的分布数据,并据此进行热流计布点位置的调整,将外热流的不均匀性反映在模拟控制环节,从而降低误差。仿真结果表明:通过此优化方法进行热流计布点优化后,算例中微纳卫星外热流模拟误差均方根由9.2%降低至3.2%,能够有效提高试验外热流模拟准确度,可推广应用至微纳卫星的热平衡试验设计过程。When an infrared heating cage is used to simulate external heat flux in heat balance test,heat flux of micro-nano satellite is more inhomogeneous than that of large satellite.However,in the traditional approach,quantitative analysis of heat flux distribution and optimization is not considered in radiometers’layout in most thermal balance tests,which brings more obvious influences to the micro-nano satellite tests.In this regard,the design of the heat balance test process is optimized and the error analysis of the simulated external heat flux is added in the paper.The virtual thermal test method is used to perform simulation analysis;the distribution data of the simulated external heat flux is obtained;and radiometers’layout is adjusted based on these results.The adjustment of the position of the points reflects the inhomogeneous external heat flux in the simulation control link,thereby reducing errors.The simulation results show that after the optimization of the radiometer placement through this optimization flow,the simulation error RMS of the heat flux of an example satellite reduced to 3.2%from 9.2%,which can effectively improve the accuracy of external heat flux simulation in test.This optimization method can be applied to the design process of other micro-nano satellites thermal balance test.
