摘 要:针对深空探测器太阳电池阵电性能缺乏量化评测方法的问题,文章利用标准电池和参考电池建立脉冲光源标准光源,对太阳电池阵选定工作点电流的关键指标开展基于分结标定标准子电池组、测试光源稳定度与均匀度调试、脉冲光源校准和光谱失配误差修正的专项评测,有效实现了太阳模拟器合成光谱分布与AM0标准光照条件的一致性问题,解决了脉冲光源均匀性与稳定性的兼容性问题和电池失配修正问题。利用嫦娥五号上升器太阳电池阵地面测试数据与修正后的在轨飞行数据进行比对,得出待测产品地面评测结果准确度优于±1%的结论,验证了评测方法的准确性和有效性。Regarding to the lack of quantitative method to evaluate the performance of the deep space probe solar array,the standard light source of pulse light source is established in the paper,using standard solar cell and reference solar cell.For the key specification of the current at the selected working point of the solar array,specific tests are carried out based on the standard sub-solar-cell of the junction calibration,the adjustment of stability and uniformity of the test light source,the calibration of the pulse light source,and the correction of the spectral mismatch error.The consistent problem between synthetic spectrum distribution of solar simulator and AM0 standard illumination condition is solved.Furthermore,the problems of uniformity and stability of the pulse light source and the mismatch correction of the solar cell are solved.By comparing the ground test date with the modified on-orbit flight data of Chang’e-5 ascender solar array,it is concluded that the accuracy of the ground evaluation results is better than±1%.The accuracy and effectiveness of the evaluation method are also verified.
