摘 要:近几年,食品工业发展迅速。食品加工与贮藏的温度是多样的,使得制冷系统具有多个蒸发温度,有的蒸发温度甚至到达-43℃,此时双级压缩制冷循环具有节能优势,而将其他蒸发温度整合到双级压缩低温制冷系统,或利用其他蒸发温度的制冷系统冷却低温系统,对简化系统,节能减排具有重要意义。通过对三种双蒸发温度双级压缩制冷循环进行理论计算,分析其系统能效与循环特性,为多蒸发温度制冷系统的设计提供参考。In recent years, the food industry has developed rapidly. The temperature of food processing and storage is diverse, which makes the refrigeration system have multiple evaporation temperatures, and some evaporation temperatures even reach-43℃. At this time, the two-stage compression refrigeration cycle has energy-saving advantages, and other evaporation temperatures are integrated into the two-stage compression low-temperature refrigeration system, or refrigeration systems with different evaporating temperaturer to cool the low-temperature system, is of great significance to simplifying the system, saving energy and reducing emissions. This paper analyzes the energy efficiency and operation characteristics of three two-stage compression refrigeration cycles with dual-evaporating temperature through theoretical calculations, and provides references for the design of multi-evaporating temperature refrigeration systems.
