摘　　要：通过对常规管壳式满液蒸发器内部结构的改进,本文提出了一种新型结构的满液式蒸发器,结合理论计算、仿真模拟并通过对某企业所用满液式蒸发器的替换测试,得到其换热性能和制造成本,最后通过与替换的满液式蒸发器在性能与成本方面的比较,进一步说明该新型满液式蒸发器的优势。A new type flooded evaporator is presented in this paper, it was designed by improving the internal structure and theoretical calculation, simulation and got its heat transfer performance, cost by replacing flooded evaporator and test. Finally, to prove to have certain market advantage for new type evaporator and development prospects for the flooded evaporator by comparing performance, cost with the replaced flooded evaporator.
