摘　　要：实施创新发展战略、提升区域创新水平,是资源型地区转型发展的必经之路。本文结合山西省区域创新的现状,从创新投入、创新绩效、创新基础等三方面构建了创新能力评价指标,基于信息墒算法确定了区域创新各变量指标的权重,并依此对山东省区域创新水平进行了评价。It is the necessary route for resource-based regions to transform and develop by implementing innovative development strategy and promoting regional innovation level.Based on the current situation of regional innovation in Shanxi Province,this paper constructs the evaluation index of innovation ability from three aspects:innovation input,innovation performance and innovation foundation,and the weight of each variable index of regional innovation based on information entropy algorithm is determined,through evaluating the regional innovation status in China,relevant suggestions according to the conclusion of regional innovation evaluation are put forward.
