摘 要:水中桩系梁施工的常规工艺为安装套箱或围堰止水后再进行现浇,该种方法对于高流速水域钢套箱围堰下放定位施工难度非常大。本文根据现场水文地质条件,对土谷塘湘江特大桥水中桩系梁施工制定了三种方案。通过实践得出:采用原位高台预制桩系梁再整体吊装下放的施工工艺,可高效、安全、优质地完成土谷塘湘江特大桥全部水中桩系梁施工,避开水流速对施工的干扰,缩短施工工期。The traditional technology of pile tied beam construction in water is to install a box or cofferdam to stop the water before pouring in-situ.This method is very hard to operate for the lowering and positioning of the steel box cofferdam in high-velocity waters.According to the hydro-geological conditions of the constructing site,this paper has proposed three schemes for the construction of the pile tied beams in the water of the Tugutang Xiangjiang River Bridge.Through practice,it is founded that the construction technology of using in-situ prefabricated pile tied beams can complete the construction of all underwater pile tied beams of the Tugutang Xiangjiang River Bridge in an efficient,safe,and high-quality manner,avoiding the interference of the water flow,and effectively shortening construction period.
