摘 要:为研究低阻文丘里在不同喷雾方式下的雾化效果和喷雾特性,确定喷雾水压力的最佳范围,本文对喷雾量、喷雾角、喷雾粒径分别进行了实验。实验结果表明:在供水压力达到0.2 MPa之后,喷雾增量开始减小;喷嘴孔径越大,喷雾角更快达到最大值;随供水压力和喷雾距离增大,平均水雾粒径减小。结合除尘效率和系统阻力分析,低阻文丘里耦合振弦栅除尘器最佳供水方式为径向外喷。In order to study the automization effect of low-resistance venturi under different spray modes and determine the optimum spray pressure range, it is necessary to study the characteristics of the spray nozzle. The spray volume under each spray mode is tested to determine the optimum nozzle aperture and number. The spray angle and spray particle size are further studied, and the initial spray velocity is derived and calculated. The results show that after the pressure reaches 0.2 MPa, the spray increment begins to decrease;the larger the aperture, the faster the spray angle reaches the maximum;the average water mist particle size decreases with the increase of water pressure and spray distance. Through data analysis, the flow coefficients of 1.8 mm and 1 mm aperture nozzles are calculated, and the flow formula and spray angle fitting formula are obtained. The initial spray velocity of 1.8 mm and 1 mm aperture nozzles increases with the increase of water supply pressure, and finally tends to be stable;comprehensive analysis indicates that the spray pressure is set to 0.6~1.0 MPa. Combined with the analysis of dust removal efficiency and system resistance in the low resistance venturi coupling vibrating string grid, the external injection is the optimal water supply mode of low resistance venturi.
