摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划是大学生综合素质与能力的重要组成,可直观体现高校教育质量。如何引导学生确定就业方向,增强学生适应社会的能力,是高校职业规划教育的重点内容。本文通过分析大学生职业生涯规划指导中存在的问题,提出切实可行的应对措施。College career planning and guidance occupies a very significant position in the current college education,which can guide students to set the direction of employment and enhance students’ability to adapt to the society.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in college students’career planning and guidance under the background of the new era,and puts forward some feasible coping strategies,in order to ensure the smooth employment of college students.
