摘　　要：目前国内甘蔗种植机普遍缺少供种装置,靠排种器在种箱内取种,易造成种块卡滞、断播等问题。为此,基于物料斗提式输送原理,设计了一种具有均匀供料功能的甘蔗种箱,通过斗提式升运装置和旋转式推料装置的配合,使甘蔗种块均匀顺序进入连接的排种器内,保证了单位时间内供种数量与排种数量的相对一致,且种块之间相对分散,实现了甘蔗的机械化精量播种。At present, domestic sugarcane planter is generally lack of seed supplying device, and taking seeds from seed box by seed arrangement device easily causes problems such as stuck seed block and broken sowing. Therefore, based on principle of material bucket lifting, a sugarcane seed box with uniform feeding function was designed to achieve following effects: through cooperation of bucket lifting device and rotary pushing device, sugarcane seed block could evenly enter connected seed planter in uniform order, which ensured that number of seed supply and seed arrangement was relatively consistent in unit time, and seed blocks were relatively dispersed, so that mechanized precision planting of sugarcane was realized.
