摘　　要：桩基固定式导管架是海上油气平台和海上风电平台基础最常用的一种形式。随着我国海上风电和油气田开发的迅猛发展,大型深水导管架的建造数量也迅速增加。其中,大型较深水封隔器是深水桩基固定导管架建造过程中的关键部件,其性能会直接影响到灌浆的成败,从而直接影响导管架的安装质量。目前,国内使用的大型深水导管架封隔器均为进口产品,为保证工程质量,对封隔器结构设计和制作工艺进行研究,逐渐实现国产化是势在必行的。针对封隔器的结构和制作工艺进行研究,希望能为该产品的设计和制作提供参考。the jacket with fixed pile foundation is the most common form of offshore oil and gas platform and offshore wind power platform foundation.With the rapid development of offshore wind power and oil and gas fields in China,the number of large deepwater jacket construction is also increasing rapidly.Among them,the large deep water packer is the key component in the construction process of deep water pile foundation fixed jacket,its performance will directly affect the success or failure of grouting,thus directly affect the installation quality of jacket.At present,the large deepwater jacket packers used in China are all imported products.In order to ensure the engineering quality,it is imperative to study the structural design and manufacturing process of the packers and gradually realize the localization.In this paper,the structure and manufacturing process of packer are studied,hoping to provide a reference for the design and production of the product.
