摘 要:随着矿井开采深度的增加,巷道受高地应力及强烈开采扰动的影响愈加明显,深部高应力巷道的支护难度逐渐增大。以某矿深部巷道支护工程为例,采用了锚网喷U型钢联合支护方案,基于FLAC 3D数值模拟软件,分析了巷道围岩变形规律,对支护方案进行可行性分析。工业性试验围岩变形监测结果表明,15 d~90 d的围岩变形位移增量小于总位移增量的10%,30 d后的围岩变形基本收敛,表明采用锚网喷U型钢联合支护技术,可有效控制深部巷道的大变形。With the increase of mining depth,the impact of high ground stress and strong mining disturbance on roadways becomes more obvious,and the supporting difficulty of deep highstress roadways gradually increases.This paper takes the deep roadway support project of a mine as an example,and adopts the combined support plan of bolt-net-and-spray U-shaped steel.Based on the FLAC 3D numerical simulation software,the deformation law of the surrounding rock of the draft-reviewed roadway is analyzed,and the feasibility analysis of the support scheme is carried out.The monitoring results of the surrounding rock deformation of the industrial test show that the deformation displacement increment of the surrounding rock from 15 d to 90 d is less than 10%of the total displacement increment,and the surrounding rock deformation after 30 d has basically converged,indicating that the combined support of bolt-net-and-spray U-shaped steel can effectively control the large deformation of the deep roadway.
