摘 要:传统的铁路工程项目,总价承包合同占绝大多数。随着高速铁路施工技术的日趋成熟,高速铁路网快速推进,铁路建设市场化不断深入,由市场决定价格的投资管理模式已成趋势。近年来,一些铁路工程项目开始逐步推行单价承包合同,然而,单价承包合同面临管理经验缺乏的问题日益突出。在分析铁路工程量清单单价承包模式下各个阶段投资管理的基础上,通过对比公路行业单价承包合同的特点,总结铁路工程单价承包合同的投资管理模式,为单价合同承包模式在铁路行业的大力推广提供借鉴思路。For traditional railway engineering projects,total price contracting accounts for the vast majority.With the maturity of high-speed railway construction technology,the rapid advancement of high-speed railway network,and the deepening of railway construction marketization,an investment management model of prices determined by the market has become a trend.In recent years,some railway engineering projects have begun to gradually implement unit price contract.However,the problem of lack of management experience in unit price contract is becoming more and more prominent.Based on the analysis of the investment management at various stages under the unit price contract model of the railway engineering quantity list,this paper compares the characteristics of the unit price contract in the highway industry and summarizes the investment management model of the unit price contract of the railway project,so as to provide a reference for the promotion of the unit price contract mode in the railway industry.
