摘  要:针对70 kg级高强度合金焊丝在不退火处理下直接拉拔使用出现的断丝现象,采用断口宏观及微观观察、显微组织分析的方法对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,杯锥状断丝为高强焊丝心部硬相组织与拉拔加工工艺不匹配造成拉拔心部裂纹扩展所致。当拉拔过程中润滑保护不到位时,盘条擦碰易在边部出现裂纹,造成斜茬断丝。通过生产轧制冷却控制,避免或减少硬相组织、减少同圈抗拉强度差值等,同时在拉拔过程中采取增加拉拔道次、降低拉拔速度等手段可减少断丝发生率。改善拉拔润滑条件,避免出现斜茬状断丝。Aiming at the breaking phenomenon of 70 kg high-strength alloy welding wire directly drawn without annealing treatment,the fracture causes are analyzed by fracture macro and microscopic observation、microstructure analysis.The results show that the cup-shaped broken wire is caused by the crack propagation in the core of the high strength welding wire due to the mismatch between the hard phase structure and the drawing processing technology.During the drawing process,the lubrication protection is not in place,and the wire rod is prone to cracks on the edges,resulting in broken wire stubble.Through the production of rolling cooling control,the hard phase structure is avoid or reduced,the difference of the tensile strength of the same ring is reduced,at the same time the incidence of wire breakage can be reduced in the drawing process by increasing the drawing pass,reducing the drawing speed and other means.Improve drawing lubrication conditions to avoid oblique stubble broken wire.
