摘 要:目的评价应用改良式钢丝抽出法治疗锤状指的临床效果。方法收集联勤保障部队第989医院创伤骨科自2017年1月-2019年10月间收治的40例锤状指患者作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法分为两组,观察组(20例)采用改良式钢丝抽出法,对照组(20例)采用传统纽扣法。结果40例患者均得到随访,且都采用Crawford功能评定标准评定手指功能。其中观察组20例患者,优11例,良6例,可3例,差0例,优良率85%。对照组20例患者,优8例,良5例,可4例,差3例,优良率65%。观察组的优良率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式钢丝抽出法治疗锤状指方法简单,疗效明显,手指功能恢复好。Objective Evaluation of the clinical effect of applying the modified wire extraction method for the treatment of mallet finger.Methods Forty patients with mallet finger admitted to our department from January 2017 to October 2019 were collected as study subjects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The observation group(20 cases)used the modified wire extraction method and the control group(20 cases)used the traditional button method.Results In the observation group,20 patients were followed up,and the finger function was evaluated according to the Crawford functional criteria.11 patients were excellent,6 were good,3 were common,and 0 were poor,with the excellent and good rate of 85%.In the control group,all 20 patients were followed up,and the finger function was evaluated according to the Crawford functional criteria,with 8 cases excellent,5 cases good,4 cases common,and 3 cases poor,with an excellent rate of 65%.The excellent and good rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified wire extraction method for mallet finger is simple and effective,with good recovery of finger function.
