肉毒素在喉科的临床应用

摘　　要：肉毒杆菌毒素广泛应用于医学美容,并且功效已被证实,它的机制是通过阻止乙酰胆碱从胆碱能神经终板释放而起作用,从而导致神经或者受神经支配的肌肉或腺体失活。研究证实肉毒素在喉科学中治疗喉接触性肉芽肿、痉挛性发声障碍、环咽肌失弛缓症、双侧声带麻痹得到广泛的临床实践。本文就肉毒素在喉科学中的应用和现状进行综述。It is well known that botulinum toxin is widely used in cosmetic medicine and has been shown to work by preventing the release of acetylcholine from the cholinergic nerve endplate,leading to the inactivation of the nerve or innervated muscle or gland.Botulinum toxin has been widely used in laryngology,such as contact granulomas,spasmodic dysphonia,cricopharyngeal achalasia,and bilateral vocal cord paralysis.This article reviews the application and current situation of botulinum toxin in laryngology.
