摘 要:针对工业密集型城镇污水处理厂应对突发性进水异常能力不足的问题,提出了在污水处理厂前端设置应急处理系统的解决方法。该文以南方某区综合污水处理厂为例,通过对历史进水异常事件分析,发现来水中工业废水含量占比较大和水质复杂多变,同时水厂现行工艺存在难以准确掌握和控制来水的弊端。设计采用以预警监测单元和应急调蓄单元组成的应急处理系统,提升了污水处理厂应对异常进水能力。Aiming at the problem that the industrial intensive urban wastewater treatment plant has insufficient ability to deal with sudden abnormal inflow,the method of setting emergency treatment system at the front end of wastewater treatment plant is proposed.Taking a comprehensive wastewater treatment plant in South China as an example,through the analysis of the historical abnormal inflow events,it is found that the industrial wastewater content of abnormal inflow is relatively large and the water quality is complex and changeable.At the same time,the current process of the water plant is difficult to accurately grasp and control the inflow.An emergency treatment system composed of early warning monitoring unit and emergency storage unit is designed to improve the ability of sewage treatment plant to cope with abnormal water inflow.
