摘　　要：试验机电气改装中,加装的电缆出现质量问题,会引起电缆线路出现故障,从而影响整个电气改装系统的安全运行,甚至有可能威胁原机电路系统,而且故障的测量、查找、排除、解决等都需要耗费大量的时间和精力,尽可能地减少和杜绝电缆质量问题是电气改装施工和系统运行的最终目标。该文从实际工作出发,简单地论述了试验机电气改装中电缆出现质量问题的原因,并进行分析,且在此基础上提出电缆线路故障的防范措施。Electrical machine modification,equipped with cable appear quality problem,will cause cable line failure,which affects the safety of the electric modification system running,may even threaten the original mechanical and electrical system,and the fault measurement,search,exclusion,solution requires a lot of time and effort,as far as possible to reduce and eliminate the cable quality problem is the ultimate goal of modified electrical construction and system running.Based on the actual work,this paper simply discusses the reason of cable quality problem in electrical modification of testing machine,analyzes it,and puts forward the preventive measures of cable line fault on this basis.
