摘　　要：轨道交通行业属于经验性行业范畴,而具备这一行业经验丰富的专业人士,大多都是从事该行业十多年的老员工,已经不能满足近几年中国轨道交通的蓬勃发展对专业技能人才的需求。而在工程建设建成投入运营后,承担线路维修的人员,大多数都是来自大学院校毕业的学生,如何确保各专业设备正常运转,如何在短期内尽快培养一批理论知识扎实、专业技能水平高的维保人员,因此,研发一种智能化轨道交通维修规程动漫游戏软件开发技术就尤其显得重要和紧迫性。Rail transit industry belongs to the empirical industry,and most of the experienced professionals in this industry are old employees who have been engaged in this industry for more than ten years,which can not meet the demand of the rapid development of China’s rail transit for professional and skilled talents in recent years.After the project is completed and put into operation,most of the personnel who are responsible for line maintenance are graduates from universities,how to ensure the normal operation of professional equipment,how to train a group of maintenance personnel with solid theoretical knowledge and high professional skills as soon as possible in the short term.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent to develop an intelligent animation game software development technology for rail transit maintenance procedures.
