摘 要:印染废水排放,基于连续微滤法(CMF)和反渗透(RO)技术,通过对印染废水微滤-反渗透工艺原理的介绍,以某印染企业二沉池中废水为例,经CMF和RO集成工艺处理试验研究。结果表明:CMF和RO集成工艺处理系统运行稳定,对印染废水中COD、浊度及色度去除效果好,且RO产水水质满足印染工艺回收要求,说明该工艺技术在该领域应用发展前景广阔。Based on continuous microfiltration(CMF)and reverse osmosis(RO)technology,the principle of microfiltration reverse osmosis process for printing and dyeing wastewater was introduced.Taking the wastewater from the secondary sedimentation tank of a printing and dyeing enterprise as an example,the integrated process of CMF and RO was studied.The results show that the integrated process of CMF and RO has stable operation,good removal effect of COD,turbidity and chroma in printing and dyeing wastewater,and the quality of RO produced water meets the requirements of printing and dyeing process recovery,indicating that the process technology has broad application prospects in this field.
