摘  要:以450 t和160 t铸造起重机的钢水包作为研究对象,综合考虑不同厂商生产的钢水包的结构形态,钢水包衬砖的布置位置和密度,钢水包翻包形式,钢水在钢水包内的实际最高液面,倾倒过程中钢水的附着和残留等复杂因素,通过三维建模,分别赋予钢水包本体、衬里、熔融钢水等要素以典型形状、相对位置和密度,考虑动态载荷、静态载荷和阻力因素的影响,针对钢水包倾翻角度,每间隔5°为一个倾翻工作位置计算点,分别计算钢水包侧吊倾倒和底吊倾倒两种典型倾倒方式在多个实际工作位置的倾翻吨位,形成不同倾翻角度下副钩承受吨位分布的趋势图,为铸造起重机副起升机构减速器选型提供参考。This paper provides reference for the selection of auxiliary hoisting mechanism reducer for metallurgic crane.The 450 t and 160 t metallurgic cranes are selected as the research objects to determine the tonnage of the auxiliary hoisting mechanism for the dumping of ladle.The structure and shape of ladle produced by different manufacturers,the position of main hook,the layout position,thickness and density of ladle lining brick are comprehensively considered.Ladle overturning pair of hook bottom lifting overturning type and side lifting overturning type are two typical overturning types.In the production process,the actual highest liquid level of molten steel in the ladle and the adhesion and residue of molten steel in the pouring process are complex factors.By using 3D split modeling,typical shapes,relative positions and densities of gravity elements such as ladle body,lining and molten steel are respectively assigned.Considering the influence of dynamic and static loads and resistance factors,taking every 5 degrees as a tipping position calculation point,the tipping tonnage of the two typical dumping types at multiple actual working positions is calculated respectively to form the trend chart of the bearing tonnage distribution of the secondary hook under different tipping angles.
