福建沿海城市推进“体医融合”模式的调查

摘　　要：体医融合是我国为实现“健康中国”而推出的一项重要举措,我省十分重视这项工作,首先在沿海城市进行了初步的探索。为了解探索的实际情况,对福州、厦门等城市做了初步调查,在此基础上分析了目前存在的主要问题及其原因,并提出对策建议。结论显示,我省在体医融合模式的推行上仍处于宣传发动和初步探索阶段,存在的主要问题是:民众体育健康促进的观念不够强,体医关系不平衡及融合难度大,缺少必要的体医融合制度保障,尚未形成稳定的融合模式,缺少体医融合的复合型人才,健身场地器材与指导力量不足。针对问题提出对策如下:应加强宣传与健康教育力度,尽快完善体医融合的法规与制度,借鉴并推广有效的融合模式,开拓体医融合的健康促进服务市场,高校联合培养体医融合的复合型人才。The integration of sports and medicine is an important measure launched by China for the realization of“healthy China”.Fujian province attaches great importance to this work and conducts preliminary exploration in coastal cities.In order to understand the actual situation of exploration,a preliminary investigation was conducted in cities such as Fuzhou and Xiamen.On this basis,the current main problems and their causes were analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed.The conclusion shows that the implementation of the integration of physical medicine and medicine in Fujian province is still in the stage of propaganda and initial exploration.The main problems are:the concept of popular sports health promotion is not strong enough,the imbalance of physical and medical relations is difficult to integrate,and the necessary physical education is lacking,the medical fusion system is not guaranteed,a stable fusion model has not yet been formed,there is a lack of complex talents for physical and medical integration,and fitness venue equipment and guidance are insufficient.The countermeasures for the problems are as follows:strengthen the propaganda and health education,improve the laws and systems of physical and medical integration as soon as possible,learn from and promote effective integration models,develop the health promotion service market of physical and medical integration,and jointly train the talent with combinating knowledge of physical and medical integration in universities.
