摘　　要：目的观察瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者动脉粥样硬化程度和血管内皮舒张功能的临床效果。方法选择本院2017年2月至2019年2月收治的冠心病患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用辛伐他汀,观察组采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组血脂、内皮功能及冠脉Gensini评分。结果治疗前,两组血脂、Gensini评分、肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)、肱动脉基础内径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、FMD高于对照组(P<0.05),冠脉Gensini评分、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)低于对照组(P<0.05),肱动脉基础内径与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可减轻患者动脉粥样硬化程度,改善内皮功能,调节血脂。Objective To observe the clinical effect of resuvastatin on atherosclerosis and vascular endothelial diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 80 cases with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simvastatin and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin.Blood lipids,endothelial function and coronary Gensini scores were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood lipid,Gensini score,endothelium-dependent diastolic function(FMD)and base diameter of brachial artery between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and FMD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The coronary Gensini score,total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the brachial artery basal diameter between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Risuvastatin can reduce atherosclerosis,improve endothelial function and regulate blood lipids.
